Today we look at Paul addressing the Athenians. You may know this passage in which Paul talks about the Athenian altar to an unknown God.

Was Paul right to make the ‘unknown God’ known?

Is God known, unknown, or unknowable?

We encourage you to not only watch the video sermon, but also to reflect, pray and act this coming week.

Pray that as restrictions ease, people remember that we are socially distancing as much for others as for ourselves. Pray that Australia keeps its head and maintains vigilance.
Pray for countries that are suffering so much more than us. Remember the USA, Mexico, England, Germany, Italy, France, Spain and other countries hard hit by the pandemic.

Sometimes, strange new worlds are closer than we think.

Try this exercise. When you hear someone espousing a view you strongly disagree, stop for a moment, register your own negative response; this will create space in your mind so you can listen and consider what they are saying. This process may open up a new world.
